Renae was amazing to work with. We're thrilled with the apartment we purchased and how smoothly the process went. She has great relationships with the real estate agents and through that, access to off market opportunities. She helps with the whole process: from search, to short listing, inspecitions, reviewing (and understanding!) strata reports, valuation, the bidding/buying process, and post sale admin. She's very knowledgeable about local real estate, and brings a calm energy to an inherently stressful experience. We can't recommend Renae highly enough, particularly if you're finding yourself in a tough market.
