I got in contact with Renae because I’d been looking to purchase a property but never quite was able to purchase something on my own. As soon as I made contact, the process was explained thoroughly, Renae organized an online meeting where we talked about the breakdown professionally and I knew all that Renae would provide and all cost involved. On our first viewing weekend, we viewed three properties and the last property viewed was a lovely renovated apartment in my budget with great potential. Renae then contacted the vendors on my behalf and explained all of the legalities, specifics and guided me every step of the way, introduced me to a Conveyancing company which I felt comfortable with. Renae successfully helped me make my first purchase, stress-free and exciting. I cannot recommend Treak Real Estate highly enough!
